Reservations

Cancellation Policy:

• Weekdays (Sunday – Thursday, non-holiday): 72 hours prior to arrival
• Weekends (Friday and Saturday), Holidays, and Special Events: 14 days prior to arrival
• Late cancellations are subject to a fee of one night’s room and tax or 25% of the stay, whichever is greater. No show reservations will be charged a fee of one night’s room and tax or 25% of the stay, whichever is greater.
• Group blocks have unique cancellation policies. Refer to your contract or speak to your sales representative.
• Reservations must be cancelled using the same service used for booking. Reservations made through third-party travel sites cannot be cancelled by contacting the hotel.
• Prepaid, non-refundable rates are paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded, regardless of when they are cancelled.

Pet Policy

Mountain Edge Suites has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. We accept up to two dogs per pet-friendly room at a fee of $25.00 per dog, per night. Dogs must be supervised or crated.

Additional Charges

Extra Person Charge: $10 per night, over the age of 17.
Crib Charge: $10 per night.
Resort fee of $10 per night.
